01 Introduction & Acceptance

By using the bdtbdt website, mobile app, or any associated services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using bdtbdt.

These Terms & Conditions have been written in Bengali for the convenience of our Bangladeshi users. However, in the event of any legal dispute, the English version shall be considered the authoritative text. bdtbdt reserves the right to update these terms at any time — members will be notified of any changes in a timely manner.

02 Account Registration

To use bdtbdt's services, you will need to create a personal account. You are required to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

• Each person may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• The name, mobile number, and email address provided during registration must be accurate and belong to you personally.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. Never share your password with anyone.
• If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify bdtbdt support immediately.
• For KYC verification, bdtbdt may request a copy of your National ID card or passport.
• Bdtbdt reserves the right to close — at any time and without notice — any account created with false information, and any funds held in such an account may be forfeited.

03 Eligibility & Age

Bdtbdt is an adults-only betting platform. You may not use bdtbdt unless all of the following conditions are met:

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• Participating in online betting must be legal for you under the laws of your own country.
• If your country or region is on the restricted list, you will not be able to use bdtbdt.
• Bdtbdt employees and their immediate family members are not permitted to place bets on this platform.

04 Deposits & Payments

Bdtbdt supports Bangladesh's most popular payment methods. Deposit rules and details are outlined below:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Deposited funds are typically credited to your account within 1–5 minutes.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and USDT.
• Deposits must be made from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Deposits made by a third party are not accepted and may be returned.
• No processing fees on deposits — every BDT you send goes directly into your account.

05 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawing your winnings on bdtbdt is quick and straightforward. However, all members must comply with the following withdrawal rules:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Maximum daily withdrawal limit: ৳2,00,000 (two lakh BDT).
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 3–15 minutes. In some cases, up to 24 hours may be required.
• Withdrawals must be made through the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawing bonus funds requires meeting the specified wagering (bet) conditions.
• Large withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is complete.
• In cases of suspicious activity, bdtbdt reserves the right to temporarily place withdrawals on hold pending investigation.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

Bdtbdt offers a range of exciting bonuses and promotions. To take advantage of these offers, the following conditions must be met:

• Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on your first deposit — up to ৳10,000.
• To qualify for the welcome bonus, your first deposit must be at least ৳1,000.
• To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount (wagering requirement).
• Wagering requirements must be met within a set timeframe — typically 30 days.
• Claiming bonuses across multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all accounts involved.
• Bdtbdt reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.
• Cashback bonuses are generally credited on a fixed day each week.

07 Betting Rules

The following rules must be followed when betting on bdtbdt:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If your bet is being processed at the time odds change, the updated odds will apply.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, your stake will be refunded.
• Bdtbdt reserves the right to void any bets found to be connected with match-fixing or any form of fraudulent activity.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, the affected bets will be considered void.
• Odds change rapidly in live betting — always review the odds carefully before confirming your bet.

08 Responsible Gaming

Bdtbdt believes betting is a form of entertainment — and should always be enjoyed responsibly. We genuinely care about the mental and financial well-being of our members.

• Never bet more than you can afford to lose.
• Set deposit limits — you can define daily, weekly, or monthly limits from bdtbdt's settings.
• If you notice signs of betting addiction, please use the self-exclusion option.

09 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bdtbdt and may result in account termination and legal action:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Bonus abuse or placing artificial bets for the sole purpose of claiming a bonus.
• Money laundering or transacting through illegal funds.
• Using bots or automated software to place bets.
• Attempting to attack or exploit the platform's security systems.
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Threatening or harassing other members.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

Bdtbdt takes the protection of your personal data extremely seriously. Under our Privacy Policy:

• Your personal information will never be sold or rented to third parties.

• Information may be disclosed to the relevant authorities when required by law.

11 Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time. bdtbdt may also close or suspend an account for the following reasons:

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• If evidence of fraud or deception is found.
• No account activity for an extended period (inactive account).
• Due to legal obligations.

Once an account is closed, the process to return any valid balance will begin, though this may be delayed if an investigation is required.

12 Changes to Terms

Bdtbdt reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified in advance of any significant changes via email or in-app notification.
